  • Job Context

     Human Resources at  PF should be a People leader who will own and implement the organisation's talent management strategy for employees, fellows and volunteers. They will collaborate with other directors and managers of both program and platform teams to drive and enable sustainable outcomes.They will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities to build a highly motivated team.


  • Job Responsibility

    • Lead Talent Management Strategy related to staffing, recruiting, engagement, development and retention, aligning with the organisation's culture, values, goals and strategy
    • Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization's human resource strategy and compliance needs
    • Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring, onboarding, and succession planning
    • Effectively collaborate with, challenge and influence program / platform teams to deliver the right outcomes on people-related decisions, focusing on a variety of aspects such as Value alignment / behavior, Meritocracy, Productivity, Diversity & Inclusion and Wellbeing

  • Educational Requirement

    • Good people management, engagement, networking and listening skills
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
    • Emotional maturity to empathize with the perspectives/needs of people in the organisation
    • Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and people.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
    • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
